Trust and policies
Digital Consulting, Inc. launches its customer trust center
Our new Trust Center explains how we handle client information, what to expect during an engagement, how to request agreements and insurance documents, and where to report security concerns.
We’ve published a Trust Center with information about our security practices, how we work with clients, and the documents available for vendor reviews.
We help companies assess security risks and respond to questions from their customers. Anyone considering hiring us should have the opportunity to ask those same questions about our business. The Trust Center puts many of those answers on our website, where you and your colleagues can review them before getting in touch.
A security engagement can involve sensitive material: architecture diagrams, source code, vulnerability findings, and internal policies. Depending on the work, it may also require access to your systems. You need to know how that information and access will be handled, who is responsible, and what happens when the engagement ends.
These are familiar concerns for anyone who manages vendors. Businesses rely on outside providers for software, infrastructure, and professional services, and each relationship brings its own questions about security and accountability. Hiring a firm to advise on security calls for the same scrutiny.
Our Trust Center explains how we handle client materials, maintain written security policies, and address incidents. It also provides a security contact and a public encryption key for reporting security concerns.
We’ve included the practical details needed to bring us on as a vendor. Procurement and finance teams can find company registration details, insurance information, payment terms, and instructions for requesting a W-9 or certificate of insurance. Legal and security teams can see which agreements and supporting documents are available and how to request them.
The page also describes our engagement process, from the first conversation through delivery. It explains when we agree on scope and responsibilities, how we communicate during the work, and how we walk your team through the results. That gives everyone involved a chance to understand the process before the project begins.
General information is publicly available. Confidential supporting documents can be requested under an NDA where appropriate. If your organization has its own security questionnaire or onboarding requirements, send them to us so we can work through them with you.
You don’t need a procurement department to use the page. If you’re a founder or engineering lead hiring security help for the first time, it covers details worth discussing before you share information or grant access.
The Trust Center is available under Company on our website. Share it with anyone involved in evaluating Digital Consulting, Inc., or contact info@dcicyber.com for documents and follow-up questions.
