A consulting engagement is covered by a signed consulting services agreement and, where the work calls for one, a statement of work. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

We keep these pages up to date and correct errors as we find them. We do not guarantee that everything here is complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances.
